Return Policy

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without original packaging
• Clearance or sale items

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
